Problem 3: In 2016, Li Rui arranged for the management departments of the State Housing Provident Fund Center in Yanshan, Xichou, Guangnan, and Funing counties to purchase 500 catties of bulk liquor and store it in the office building of the State Housing Provident Fund Center for daily official reception.
Problem 4: Li Rui also had other violations of discipline and law, was expelled from the Party and public office, the illegal funds were confiscated, and the criminal issues were transferred to the procuratorial organs for review and prosecution.

My point of view:
First, in the past many years, after seeing the naked reality of corruption of hundreds of millions, tens of billions, and even the principal of an elementary school can corrupt several hundred million and finally be identified as tens of millions, the head of the department who only received more than 70,000 yuan in gifts in ten years naturally doesn’t think there is any problem. Because the reality is that even a village secretary will not only receive so little in gifts during several major festivals a year.
Especially the act of using 500 catties of bulk liquor for official reception, it is estimated that there is no second one in China. After all, bulk liquor is the standard for the bottom-level migrant workers, and it is a groundbreaking act to use it for official reception.
Second, the news that the letters and visits cadres were investigated for helping petitioners revise the letters and visit materials is also the first news in China. The synonyms of the two nouns of letters and visits and rights protection in real society are actually similar to “torture, tearing”.
I haven’t been to the north much in these years, but when I was doing logistics with big trucks in the past few years, I often rushed to Beijing all night, returned by train in the morning, and saw people curled up in the early morning of winter when taking a taxi.
