That’s right, it’s that magical. Even if you haven’t made a mistake, you have to pay this money, pay for peace, and pay to ‘complete their assignment’.
What if you don’t pay?

After the company’s负责人 (person in charge) explicitly refused, the two immediately conducted a law enforcement inspection of the company.
This kind of thing isn’t magical; on the contrary, there are earlier and more famous precedents. So everyone is asking: With such public officials, who would dare to invest in and set up a factory, providing jobs?
But is this the key?
Please pay attention to the term, ‘administrative penalty task’. This is a ‘task’. If you can’t find problematic companies, or dare not find problematic companies to ‘complete the task’, you can only threaten companies that have no problems.
If you can’t catch the bad guys, then make the good guys ‘bad guys’.
Therefore, who assigned the task of administrative fines to those two? This is the key, but the key is, no one cares, and no one mentions it. Only simple punishments were given to those two law enforcement officers who violated regulations.
So even if you feel surprised, please don’t be too surprised. The same thing has been shown before, and it’s happening again now, and it will continue to happen in the future. This is the essential difference between a problem that seems to be solved and one that is actually solved.
‘Essence’ has never been discussed, nor has it been considered. Since the company’s ‘violation’ is a fixed task, then what do market supervision departments do? Are they afraid they will exceed the quota?
It’s like doctors being required to perform three surgeries every month, so they start looking for problems in healthy people. Spare the knife? No, they want to ‘leave behind achievements’ under the knife.
It’s easy to punish two grassroots ‘actors’, but if the director doesn’t step down, the absurd plot will basically not stop.
There have been many similar things in recent days, all of which are worth pondering and discussing. For example, after the audit office checked the data, it was found that a large number of classrooms were leaking, students were sleeping in large dormitories, and there were no desks and benches, forcing students to stand and eat for a long time, but these problems have not been effectively improved. Yet, the school leaders of 15 counties spent 167 million to create their own image projects. Some spent 3.82 million to buy trees, and some spent 2.39 million to build fake mountain rockeries and pavilions for the school…
Another example is that as many as 175 counties have withheld agricultural subsidies and used them for other purposes, with a total amount exceeding 4 billion.
Some people just started cursing directly, taking the money given to the farmers to fill other holes, you guys are really something.
This is of course good to curse, but the story is getting more and more familiar, but the roles are never fresh. The key to the problem is rarely mentioned.
For example, why is it common to divert farmers’ money for other uses, but not to divert the money they use to the farmers? Why are there ‘big holes’ in other places, such as government debts and the payment of wages, how did they start owing money? I understand taking from Peter to pay Paul, but where did the first ‘hole’ come from, and where did the money go?
Skinning the people, filling private desires under the official hats. If there is no long wind to break the corruption, the sunshine wants to completely shine down, unless it can turn a corner.
These questions are more critical and more core, and the answers are obvious. Why can farmers’ subsidies be diverted for other uses? Because farmers are low priority in their eyes; why create image projects? Because they are building not just rockeries, but illusions; what they buy is not just big trees, but also the ladder to the top; why are there ‘holes’ in other places? Because the money went into the pockets of a few people. Some of them have been investigated, and some are lurking. But no matter which one, it has led to the emergence of holes.
To cure the disease and save people, you must find the root cause and then prescribe the right medicine. Otherwise, constantly getting sick doesn’t seem to be the way to go. After all, every time you get sick, you have to spend money to treat it, to buy medicine, and sooner or later you won’t be able to afford the medicine.
Shine the light on the root, instead of always catching shadows.
