After being discharged from the hospital, Li Yixue filed a lawsuit against the mental hospital, accusing it of medical malpractice during the entire admission, treatment, and care process.
The involved auxiliary police officer, Lai, has already resigned voluntarily. The case has not yet been judged.
Li Yixue’s being sent to a mental hospital and her reporting the auxiliary police officer’s molestation are not directly related.
Because the so-called “auxiliary police officer molestation” happened on April 15th of that year, and Li Yixue only filed the complaint in July.
