The other two recordings are conversations in which Secretary Mao Qi invites Li Peixia to come and sit for a while. From the conversations between the two, two points can be inferred: first, the two had already had a relationship; second, Li Peixia urgently needed Mao Qi to recommend her. As for the other implied information, it is up to the wise to interpret it. Some people heard Li Peixia’s pitifulness, some heard Li Peixia’s ambition, and some heard Li Peixia’s willingness to refuse… I may not have heard so much, but I also found from the recording that the whole thing may not be as clear and simple as Li’s father thought.

2 Is the behavior of County Party Secretary Mao Qi towards Li Peixia, the beautiful Party Secretary of the township, sexual assault? My answer is: I don’t know, everything is subject to the organization’s investigation. But judging from the three recordings, there is actually no evidence to determine sexual assault. In the office recording, not only is there no clear voice of refusal, but instead there are indescribable sounds and very peaceful conversations. And in the other two recordings, there is more clear evidence that almost proves that it is not sexual assault. When Mao Qi invited Li Peixia to come and sit for a while, Li Peixia, although she refused with the excuse of physical problems, the tone of the conversation was more ambiguous, and she said that when her body is better, you can do whatever you want.
