Later, this video was deleted by the blogger, but it was still captured and saved by careful netizens. Subsequently, the video was uploaded to Weibo by netizens. It was called, “Singing and dancing, joy and harmony, beautiful women singing, lingering sound. A very sweet meal.” Having dinner with Director Feng of the Construction Commission, General Manager Li of China Railway 19th Bureau, General Manager Jing of Weilai Winery, President Xu of Bank of Communications, leaders of Sinochem Group, leaders of Tianjin Third Construction, and leaders of China Construction Group. This includes developers, construction companies, bank lenders, land approval parties, and construction supervisors. The event sparked heated discussions.
So, let’s sort out the content that the blogger named “Li Li, Chairman of Qianhai Group” self-reported in the short video.

The video caption says: “Having dinner with Director Feng of the Construction Commission, General Manager Li of China Railway 19th Bureau, General Manager Jing of Weilai Winery, President Xu of Bank of Communications, leaders of Sinochem Group, leaders of Tianjin Third Construction, and leaders of China Construction Group.” In other words, at least 7 senior executives from “China-owned” state-owned enterprises participated in the “beauty singing, scandalous dinner party”.
In no particular order, one by one:
First: Director Feng of the Construction Commission
Who is Director Feng? I don’t know either. However, after searching the online public information, I got the following screenshot results:
The results show that the Construction Commission does have directors and section chiefs with the surname Feng. However, due to the lack of specific direction in Chairman Li’s video, I dare not make any rash statements. If Chairman Li did not lie in the short video, then there must be a director or section chief with the surname Feng in the dinner party. In addition, according to the information revealed by the self-proclaimed “Li Li, Chairman of Qianhai Group” on the background of this platform on July 15, the Tianjin “Construction Commission Director” who ate with him has been investigated. The investigation of the “Construction Commission Director” mentioned by Chairman Li is probably just his own words, and even I don’t believe it, because as of now, there has been no official announcement.
So, who exactly is this Construction Commission Director? There is no way to know. Whether it’s a director or a section chief, it’s all the same. It can be confirmed from Li Li’s video self-report that there are officials at the director level from the Construction Commission participating, just the different titles. According to the video information self-reported by Chairman Li, if the Tianjin Construction Commission system needs to be investigated internally, it will be effortless, it depends on how the leaders of this unit and the Tianjin Discipline Inspection and Supervision Commission act.
According to the party’s discipline, whether this Director Feng should participate, or for what reason he participated in the dinner, does it count as accepting an invitation from a management object?
