At 19:40 on February 19, 2026, Yang Mou and Ding Moulu of Cibazhen, Jiaxian County, had a quarrel due to a collision of electric two-wheeled vehicles. Yang Mou’s son Liu Moufei and daughter-in-law Han Mouna arrived at the scene and insulted and beat Ding Moulu’s sister Ding Moule and the people at the scene, Guo Mou, Zhang Moufan, and Xue Mouyuan. At present, the public security organ has taken criminal compulsory measures against the criminal suspects Liu Moufei and Han Mouna. The case is being further handled.

According to Ding’s mother, her daughter had a quarrel with the other party when she went forward to ask, and then was beaten by the old man’s son with slippers and bricks, resulting in a fractured eyebrow bone, semi-coma, and impaired vision and hearing.
