Cai Yaqi Criminal Law|4 videos that were censored this week, I’ll post them in text

This week, a total of 4 videos were censored, mainly in the following ways: (1) They couldn’t be posted at all, and the final display was “Playback prohibited”; (2) After being posted, they were quickly taken down, and eventually became a “straight line”.

For me, this is already commonplace. Fortunately, Bilibili is still friendly to me. Videos censored by Douyin can basically be posted on Bilibili, and they even occasionally give me a hot topic. In addition, I recently created a video account with the same name. Although it is still in the “startup” phase and doesn’t have many followers, I will definitely persevere.

I think it’s a bit of a pity if a good video can’t be posted and shared with everyone. Therefore, for the above 4 videos, I would like to share them in the form of text. Because the form of video and text description is not the same, in order to prevent this push from being censored as well, I will be a little more tactful:

First: A contribution from a fan who is an administrative judge, which is quite heartbreaking.

This is a contribution from an administrative judge. I also posted it in my WeChat public account before (the content was later censored by the WeChat public account), and the content was a bit long. The general content of their contribution is: Lawyer A met a woman B who was 8 or 9 years older than him, and was later framed by woman B. Lawyer A was eventually sentenced to 1.5 years in prison and had his lawyer’s license revoked. During this period, A was also cheated out of a lot of money by judicial brokers, was put on the list of untrustworthy persons, and was impoverished and miserable.

This contribution is particularly heartbreaking, and it was censored on the WeChat public account and taken down on Douyin.

Second: I have always been against admitting guilt and accepting punishment.

Regarding the system of admitting guilt and accepting punishment, I have stated my position many times before: This is a system that makes criminal defense lawyers feel like a fishbone stuck in their throat, caught between a rock and a hard place. There are many ways to get rid of a criminal defense lawyer, but just one admission of guilt and acceptance of punishment is enough.

The content of this video is a contribution from a family member of the person involved: complaining that their lawyer and the prosecutor were in cahoots, and even advised their husband to admit guilt and accept punishment, resulting in the husband being sentenced to 3 years and 2 months instead of a suspended sentence.

In this video, I said: In the face of admitting guilt and accepting punishment, no matter what the lawyer does, the person involved and their family members are not satisfied. If you suggest admitting guilt and accepting punishment, you will say afterwards: Why did you advise me to “surrender” as soon as you came up? Why are you in cahoots with the prosecutor and the court? If you don’t suggest admitting guilt and accepting punishment, you will say afterwards: Why didn’t you advise me to do it at the time? If I had done it at the time, I wouldn’t have been sentenced to a real prison term, and maybe I would have gotten a suspended sentence. It’s all your fault that I’ve become what I am today. Between the person involved and the lawyer, I will definitely stand on the side of the lawyer.

Third: It is a very dangerous thing to have economic dealings with people within the system.

This is a bit of my experience in handling many cases of duty: As an ordinary person, if you have economic dealings with people within the system, it is often difficult to explain afterwards. The distinction between private lending and disguised bribery, the boundary between human relationships and disguised bribery, and the difference between normal gifts and disguised bribery are all matters of opinion. Once you are involved, at least you can’t explain it clearly, and you may even be dealt with for bribery. But the problem is: if you don’t have dealings with them, how can you make a lot of money?

Fourth: The daily life of a criminal defense lawyer.

This title is very “mediocre”, but the content is still very “stimulating”, roughly: Many cases involving black organizations are really absurd. In order to gather those four characteristics, they forcibly dug up the events of the past few decades, repeated evaluations, including cases that only received administrative penalties in the past, but now “resurrected” and became cases involving black organizations. Isn’t your goal to confiscate property? It’s too shameless to do this.

The above four videos were censored, and I don’t know how long today’s push will survive. Since I wrote it, I’ll push it.

Finally, I want to reiterate my two previous points: (1) There is no truth in this world, only positions; (2) Stay away from lively places, be careful of becoming leeks.
