The Eternal Han Dynasty|The Leakage of Official Data, Hangzhou’s “Fecal Water” Outbreak Occurred a Month Ago

Turn on the faucet to prepare a meal, and in a flash, a gush of yellow water spurted out, accompanied by a strong smell of feces. What’s going on? This isn’t diarrhea from the neighbor; this is what happened to Hangzhou residents yesterday.

Although my friend took even more disgusting pictures, this article is based on official reports. In short, this water looks like sewage and smells even more like sewage.

image

Unfortunately, the local authorities have not disclosed the cause of the “sewage” in their two reports, and have consistently emphasized that “other indicators” are normal.

The Prime Minister specifically checked the local public data, which is the monthly water quality report of the water source. Please note that it is the water quality of the water source. The seal is from a local state-owned enterprise, indicating its authority. Unlike a certain place that still dares not issue a blood lead report with an official seal. By the way, thanks to Mr. Li, these used to be not public.

image

There is an indicator here called fecal coliform, and it’s not that I’m deliberately trying to disgust people, because fecal coliform is used to detect fecal contamination, which is internationally used. See the table below for details. The data for March is still very good, and none of the other 4 except for the Siling Reservoir were detected.

image

The data for April is also good, with 2 out of 5 water sources not detected, and the other 3 are all within 500.

image

The data for May only has one Qiandao Lake not detected, and the values of the Yongshun water intake of the Tiaoxi River and the Siling Reservoir have soared to over 6000. It directly reached the third-class water source.

image

And in June, 3 water sources were above 15,000, and 2 were above 20,000. Please note that this is already fourth-class water, which cannot be used as a drinking water source according to national regulations.

I specifically compared the data from the same period last year, which were relatively normal. Occasionally, a high value would also return to normal after treatment.

image

That is to say, something must have happened this year, which was already abnormal in May. During this period, the relevant departments should have intervened in the treatment, but it completely exploded in June. Unfortunately, the relevant departments have not warned the citizens in advance, so another month passed unknowingly, which is yesterday in July, when they happily received the “sewage”.

The article was written last night, and the local authorities just issued the latest report, saying that it was caused by the anaerobic degradation of algae. This explanation is reasonable, after all, the smell of farts is this thing, and I will update it here. Now back to the above.

Of course, what I want to say is not “sewage”, but “sewage” two days ago, when many elementary school students in a Hangzhou school had nosebleeds. The local response: no discharge exceeding the standard was found.

image

Regardless of whether it exceeds the standard or not, it is an ironclad fact that more than 200 out of more than 300 students in a school have symptoms such as nosebleeds.

image

It is also an ironclad fact that students and parents often report that they can smell a pungent odor.

image

And since last year, children have been experiencing abnormalities one after another. There are only two explanations: either the new campus has problems with shoddy workmanship, or there are environmental problems.

image

Friends, look at whether it is exactly the same as Tianshui? At first, they pretended that nothing happened, until it completely exploded, and two-thirds of the students in a school were abnormal, and then they responded.

The important thing, the important thing is, this is Hangzhou. The city with the loudest bragging rights in the country, but you see, in the handling of certain fundamental problems, it’s exactly the same, exactly the same.

Even if you had informed the citizens in advance, the “sewage” wouldn’t have caused such panic. Even if you had intervened slightly last year, you wouldn’t have caused two-thirds of the children in a school to have abnormalities. No compensation, no responsibility, high above. Living like this for thirty years, until the building collapses.

My statements have nothing to do with my work unit, and I am solely responsible for all responsibilities.
