On November 15, 2024, the survey plan for the Tibet Autonomous Region Chengdu Retired Cadre Recuperation Base was announced. The base is located in the Shuangliu District of Tianfu New Area, Sichuan. According to the feasibility study approval, the total land area of the project is 649.7 acres, with a planned total construction area of 1,450,940 square meters, including a ground floor area of 1,030,940 square meters and an underground area of 420,000 square meters. The project investment is approximately 10.686 billion yuan (excluding land costs).
It is reported that the bidding scope of the project includes: the overall scheme design, scheme deepening design, preliminary design (including design budget compilation, etc.), construction drawing design, BIM design, special design (overall landscape, night lighting, sponge drainage, smart facilities, greening and sanitation, etc.), fine decoration design (scheme and construction drawing design, if any), and related supporting services;
In the current situation where there are few projects and design units are laying off staff and reducing salaries, whichever unit can win this large project will definitely have a much better life.
