Hello! I am a dissident from Hunan Province, China, and I have been subjected to political persecution from the Chinese Ministry of Public Security. I face surveillance, intimidation, and harassment from government personnel every day. I participated in a poster campaign at the end of the White Paper Revolution, out of dissatisfaction with the CCP’s autocratic tyranny. I have also repeatedly spoken out online against Xi Jinping’s autocratic dictatorship. Ultimately, I was exposed in the CCP’s black police fishing group “White Paper Matrix” for planning a coup.

Since last July, I have been suppressed and persecuted by the dog government. Down with the Communist Party! Down with Xi Jinping!

I have always been a moderate leftist. Since the November 24, 2022, Urumqi fire in Xinjiang, my last glimmer of hope for the CCP’s one-party tyranny was shattered. Out of a desire for my fellow countrymen to live better lives and pure curiosity, I impulsively posted three anti-communist and anti-Xi posters. After that, I have been devoted to researching China’s democratic transition and publishing dissenting opinions online, thereby promoting the democracy and progress of Chinese society.

In mid-July 2023, I was discovered by cyber police while planning to oppose Xi Jinping’s autocratic rule. I was continuously monitored and eventually placed under house arrest and tortured by the CCP authorities.

During my house arrest, I tried to compromise with the CCP as I recalled the past. My views changed from anti-establishment to pro-establishment, but under high-pressure intimidation, my views gradually reverted to anti-establishment. I finally realized that there is no room for compromise with the devil. I hope you can make my case public and expose the devil’s atrocities! At the same time, I firmly believe that after we overthrow the CCP, the Chinese people will live a life of equality and freedom under the leadership of a truly democratic government!

Finally, I am attaching my name. My name is Fang Yirong, a graduate student of 2023. I am 22 years old this year and come from Loudi, Hunan. I will not commit suicide, and my mental state is normal. The government is also putting pressure on my family. I wrote this letter of complaint after months of suppression and with a heart full of anger.
