Where the swordsman writes | These actions of power can no longer be treated as “nothing happened”

In this report released by the media yesterday, there was actually a lot that wasn’t said. It only mentioned the fireworks shop explosion, cars around it being blown up, and three people being sent to the hospital for treatment, with minor injuries and no life-threatening danger.

Just looking at this little bit of content, for many people, it might just be a “trivial” matter. But there is also a lot of other information circulating online, including the shop owner setting the fire himself, taking medicine, and complaining about officials demanding fireworks and property, etc.

So, why did it come to this?

Just now, the local official “Chenzhou Release” released a follow-up report, confirming that the matter was true. In other words, from last night to today, those “rumors” online, those that were secretly circulating, are true. After the shop owner wrote a suicide note complaining about some local officials, he sat in his car and drank pesticide, and at the same time, filmed a video and sent it to a group to say goodbye to the world.

From the report, the police found the shop owner, and the hospital is now doing everything they can to rescue him.

At this point, which public officials did the shop owner, Peng Moumou, report and complain about, and what exactly happened? Don’t know.

But in fact, from last night to today, the shop owner’s complaint letter has been circulating in various group chats and private messages, and people are discussing it heatedly. And the content directly specifies in multiple items the names and identities of specific public officials, as well as what they did.

An obvious question, why in the first reports by the media, it can almost be said that none of them mentioned relevant elements, they only mentioned the explosion, no casualties, and kept silent about the shop owner taking medicine in the car, and reporting multiple public officials by their real names.

Did the media not know?

Absolutely impossible! Because those videos and complaint screenshots circulating online, even ordinary people like us can see them, and the media has more channels.

And also using the content released by the Beijing News as an example, after the “Chenzhou Release” report stated that they were investigating, in their new report, they released the video of “the car owner taking medicine in the car”. Previously, the report only had pictures of the fireworks shop.

This basically shows that the situation and the video materials, these media had them in their hands at the first time. But they felt that they should wait, wait for the local official’s statement before saying anything, which could save a lot of trouble.

Another point worth mentioning is that even now, it has been publicly reported, but it still hasn’t told everyone what Peng Moumou reported by his real name, what the situation is, and which public officials were involved. The screenshot with the code above was not released by them.

In other words, if you put the above two reports together in chronological order, you might not understand them.

First: Fireworks shop explosion, 3 people injured, no life-threatening danger.

A day later, the second: The fireworks shop owner reported multiple public officials by his real name, and he himself was suspected of drinking medicine and committing suicide in the car, and is currently being rescued.

They just refuse to say directly, why did the fireworks shop owner drink medicine in the car? Why was it such a coincidence that the fireworks shop exploded?

Note that the media has never said from beginning to end that this was the shop owner himself who set fire to the fireworks shop.

This is so depressing, it’s not a topic involving international or political issues, it’s just something that happened in reality, and they have to keep silent. They reveal as little information as possible, so as not to cause trouble for themselves.

In Peng Moumou’s complaint letter, he said that local officials, the secretary of the street office, etc., had repeatedly demanded fireworks and gifts for various reasons, didn’t pay for goods, and even demanded money… This phenomenon, even if it’s not this fireworks shop, but other shops, has been exposed more than once or twice. Especially the city management, there are a lot of problems in this regard.

Every time they investigate, they deal with it, but then what? Everyone should be clear, suspension, and if it doesn’t work, dismissal. Think about it, for example, using power to extort a pack of cigarettes, some fireworks, it’s not a lot of money, and you still want him to be suspended?

They never thought about how heavy the weight of a pack of cigarettes, a box of fireworks, would be on ordinary people. If it wasn’t so heavy, weighing on a young shop owner under 30, why would he record that desperate and suffocating scene in the car?
