Cheng Hong (nacida el 21 de noviembre de 1957), de Junan, Shandong, se graduó de la Universidad de Lenguas Extranjeras del Ejército Popular de Liberación de Luoyang, profesora de lengua y literatura inglesa universitaria, académica, doctora en literatura, viuda del ex primer ministro del Consejo de Estado de la República Popular China, Li Keqiang. Li Keqiang y su esposa Cheng Hong se casaron en 1983 y tuvieron una hija.
