这两天有一个视频在网上流传，一个杭州的小学，老师开门进学校，值日的同学大声嚷着：“老师早。” 老师直接把车开进去了，也没什么反应。 这个视频出来，大家纷纷斥责老师没礼貌。 原因也很简单： 孩子跟你问好呢，你就应该把车停下来，摇下玻璃，笑嘻嘻地说：“同学们好。” 人家给你敬礼，你给孩子还礼，这样才叫公平合理。 但是现实中有困难，主要是出于安全考虑。 比如《中国人民解放军内务条令》四十七条就有规定，乘坐交通工具和电梯的时候，不需要敬礼。 首长的车进营门的时候，军官坐在车上，哨兵敬礼，军官在车里坐着是不用还礼的。 如果类比这个规定，那老师也不应该对门口站岗的值日生同学还礼，尤其是老师跟首长的情况还不一样。 首长开车不能自己开，有驾驶员，老师雇不起专职驾驶员，都是自己开，你嬉皮笑脸跟同学问好，分散了注意力，前面有人没看到，伤了人，麻烦就大了。 今天南方都市报的评论说到点上了： 有些学校的人车分流做得不好，值日生站的应该是人行门，最好就不要走车，老师开车从有孩子站门口的门里过，本身也有不小的风险。 所以问题来了，如果校园就特别小，附近没有第二个门，那应该怎么办呢？ 很简单，取消小学生站大门的值日制度啊！ 这种虚头巴脑、毫无意义的制度就应该取消。 一来是这玩意有额外风险； 二来明明已经有了非常成熟的技术可以替代折腾孩子了。 先说额外风险。 现在的社会没有那么太平，针对孩子的暴力行为一直都有，你让孩子站大门，有坏人一脚油门过来了，或者拿着什么危险物品就要伤这几个孩子，孩子怎么办？…
